Welcome to Troop 37 and 3711!

We are Scout troops based in Charlottesville Virginia, under the Virginia Headwaters Council. Troop 37 has been active for over 65 years, with new scouts joining us every year to keep the tradition alive. Troop 3711 was founded in 2020, and has already started a legacy of its own. Scouting Overview

In Scouting, boys and girls (11-17) start small and grow into their very best future selves. It allows kids of all ages to set goals and gain a sense of achievement. Any eligible persons are free to join at any time.

Scouting is not only for kids, family and friends can join us in our adventures in scouting. Families are always welcome to participate in scouts. Adults can also get involved by becoming a Scoutmaster and guiding scouts through their journey.

If you stay for the long haul, you can achieve the highest and most respected rank in scouting, Eagle. Showing growth in every skill and how you work with yourself and others.
